BOOKING POLICIES
Age & ID Requirement Policy
| Guest must be 18 years and older to check in. For security purposes, a valid photo identification is required at check-in.
| Connecting Room Policy
| The Hotel offers connecting rooms that are subject to availability upon booking. Please contact our Reservations department at 6559 6769 or reservations@hfcsingapore.com for more information.
| Extra Bedding Policy
| Rollaway beds are subject to additional fees. Babycots and playpens are complimentary for a maximum of one child under 2 years of age per room. Only certain rooms can accommodate an extra rollaway bed, a baby cot or playpen. All are subject to availability upon booking. | Occupancy Policy
| The standard occupancy for all rooms is either single or double occupancy (1 or 2 persons), or 2 adults and 1 child under 6 years of age sharing an existing king bed with their parents. However, as the Hotel is a heritage building, certain rooms within the same category are uniquely configured. These rooms allow a maximum occupancy of 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child between 6 to 12 years of age (with an extra rollaway bed subject to additional fees and availability upon booking). | Early Check-in Policy
| The standard check-in time is 3:00pm. Unless confirmed, early check-ins are subject to availability on day of arrival and additional fees may apply. To guarantee an early check-in, a reservation for the previous night must be made.
| Early Departure Policy
| An early departure fee will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to 100% of the confirmed length of stay. Please contact our Reservations department at 6559 6769 or reservations@hfcsingapore.com for more information.
| Late Checkout Policy
| Late checkouts after 12:00pm are subject to an additional fee and availability. A late checkout after 6:00pm is subject to an additional charge of 100% of the daily room rate and availability.

GENERAL POLICIES
Alcohol Policy
| Any sale of alcohol is restricted to those 18 years and older. A valid identification may be requested for proof of age.
| Accessibility Policy
| The Hotel lobby, function rooms and public areas are wheelchair-accessible, with lift access to every floor. The Hotel offers one wheelchair-accessible room with an ensuite restroom, as well as a wheelchair-accessible restroom for visitors.
| Pet Policy
| Pets are strictly not permitted in the Hotel rooms, lobby and restaurant. The Hotel welcomes pets at wedding solemnisations held only within the Garden Terrace, subject to prior arrangements made with our Wedding Specialists that comply with the Terms and Conditions stipulated by the Hotel.
| Smoking Policy
| The Hotel has a strict no-smoking policy. Cleaning fees apply for guests found smoking in their rooms or suites. Please speak with our team for designated smoking areas.
| Party Policy
| For the comfort of all our guests, parties are not permitted in the rooms. The Hotel reserves the right to remove any guest creating excessive noise or causing a disturbance to the Hotel and other guests. Please contact the Catering Sales department at 6559 6783 or fnb@hfcsingapore.com should you wish to hold an event or function.
| Parking Fees
| Parking is complimentary for up to a maximum of 1 parking coupon per room per day and is subject to availability of parking lots.

PAYMENT POLICIES
Rates Policy
| Rates quoted by the Hotel are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to a 10% Service Charge and prevailing Goods and Service Tax (GST).
| Payment Types
| The Hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
| Currency Fluctuations
| Payments made by credit cards may either be in the local currency (SGD) or the cardholder’s home currency. This service is available for Visa and MasterCard transactions at our Front Desk. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in the processing of payments are not within the control of the Hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
